Should you wish to exchange or return any items you have purchased from our website, please return your goods unworn and in good condition within 28 days, enclosing a copy of your invoice to the independent retailer you purchased the product from.
Refunds and exchanges are not available on underwear, earrings or other intimate items due to hygiene except where the item is faulty. Please state whether an exchange or refund is required. Once your goods have been accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded. We can only refund the card originally used for payment.
